如果我没记错的话，猫和老鼠算是我看的次数最多的动画了。主要就是在小学的时候，我把5张VCD翻来覆去不知道看了多少遍，沉浸在Tom和Jerry这对活宝塑造的欢乐氛围中，这也算是童年的一份重要回忆吧。永远机智狡猾的Jerry，永远想抓住老鼠但内心善良的Tom，各种十分遵循物理规律的情景与偶尔违反物理的情景，永远默默配合着故事发展的背景音乐……都是这部作品吸引人的因素。

关于本片的BD，主要问题是高动态的强噪点+原盘只有15Mbps的码率所导致的严重欠码，各种DCT Block对画面质量影响比较严重，很多地方的线条也因此产生了锯齿，另外还有几集有比较明显的Chroma Shift，大多集也或多或少有一些fringing的问题。另外不同集的画面情况差异也比较大，有几集的噪点不是那么强，但是画面也明显发虚，可能和胶片的保存与扫描有一些关系。

由于原盘欠码的原因，所以不做deblock与降噪就重编码基本不可取，那样只是把原本就欠码的画面变得更加糟糕而已，而且此时其实噪点也留不住。噪点比较强的几集如果不降噪用crf=20就能压出比原盘还高得多的25Mbps的码率，所以如果此时把码率压到10Mbps以下的话crf估计要大于30，稍微了解x264参数的人应该能想象这样压出来的视频会是如何了吧。

我使用的主要处理：Deblock_QED、HQDering、MCTD（MDegrain/TTempSmooth with MC、edgeclean、TAA、LSFmod）、Chroma的awarpsharp/defringing、ChromaShift、LumaDBL with f3kdb

多亏了MCTD，所以跑AVS的速度在0.2fps-0.4fps之间，不过这也是保证强降噪同时尽可能减少画面损失的方法了，另外也要感谢taro大的MCTDmod，方便同时在里面做自定义的AA和锐化等处理。

• The Midnight Snack Pencil Test (SD, 9 minutes): A fully assembled pencil test reel for the 1941 short, "The Midnight Snack," comprised of pencil drawings, key frames and music.

• The Worry Song from Anchors Aweigh (SD, 8 minutes): Gene Kelly and Jerry dance... in standard definition.
